Excitement is building for the football event of the year and we’re delighted to be part of it!

 

Fans from all over the world will be converging on Qatar, ready to cheer on their teams and enjoy the camaraderie and passion that such events always generate.

 

One of the most popular gathering points is certain to be Club Suisse, designed not only to host Swiss football fans, but also to showcase the best of Switzerland, including MSC. The club is located in the vibrant Mina port district of central Doha, close to the action, and visitors are welcome to drop into the MSC zone and talk cruising, cargo, football or whatever else comes up, with our team of ambassadors. Guests will also be able to scan a QR code which gives them access to an exclusive MSC promotional offer.

 

Of course, football’s not the only thing happening in Qatar in the next few weeks. On 13 November, the MSC World Europa naming ceremony takes place, just weeks before she sets off on her inaugural cruise. She’s one of three new ships joining the MSC fleet, with MSC Seascape taking to the water in December and MSC Euribia in early 2023. Exciting times indeed!

 

The MSC presence in Qatar doesn’t stop there, however, as MSC World Europa, MSC Poesia and MSC Opera will be docked at Doha in November and December, providing accommodation for football fans who will enjoy the holiday of a lifetime. Should they find themselves without a match to watch, they simply need to return to the ship and make the most of all the fantastic facilities on board. It definitely sounds like a winning game plan!
